Poured from a 12 oz can that I bought in Gainesville, FL.
This is a pretty, copper-colored beer with a full but short-lived, off-white head. Aroma is strong on spicy, peppery noble hops and just a hint of toasted malt. Flavors emphasize the noble hops even more, with almost no malt character showing through. Medium body with some residual malt sweetness. Moderate carbonation and medium to high hops bitterness. Light alcohol warmth. This is an enjoyable Oktoberfest. I think it's a little light on malt character and could use spritzier carbonation, but those are minor personal preferences.
