On tap at the brewery restaurant for SF Beer Week, part of a series of single hop creations. Also a single malt, Rahr pale malt. IBU listed at 55. Not much foam but some spritz on the tongue.
Thin body but refreshingly light. The classic melon flavor. Sharp and acidic mouthfeel. Big aromatics with a hint of kiwi-strawberry Snapple. Rather bitter. Burnt aftertaste. This one is interesting but not as enticingly drinkable as most Mosaic brews.
