Appearance: Pours a completely clear, medium golden-orange color with a strong white head that lingers.
Aroma: Moderate aromas of toasted caramel, bread, and brown sugar notes. Some peppery notes.
Flavor: Strong flavors of toasted caramel, bread, and light peppery spice and brown sugar.
Feel: Medium-bodied, strong carbonation. Finishes clean, relatively dry.
Overall: Pretty nice Oktoberfest. Crisp, clean, and flavorful. Excellent.
