Taproom pour. Served chilled in a goblet glass.
Dark raspberry red colored body. Pinkish colored head that retreats to a full ring. Leaves behind scattered shirt lacing strings.
Aroma of blueberry and raspberry plus vanilla.
Taste is red berry - tart and sweet. Flavors of raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, and vanilla. The gobs of berry fade slowly in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Slight stickiness. Tart enough to cleanse the palate with each sip. Dry finish. Good carbonation.
The sweetness of the vanilla counterbalances the tartness of the berries. Refreshing overall.
