L: Pours a radiant light blueberry juice color with a 1/4" frothy white head, goes to edge foam, light steady carbonation, medium-light random lacing.
S: Berries, yeasty bread dough, lightly floral.
T: Blueberry, yeasty pie crust, lightly sweet, then sourness lingers a bit.
F: Brisk, lightly juicy medium-light bodied feel with a smooth and gently drying medium length finish.
O: A lovely tasting Sour. Well balanced, simple, not fake tasting, and not wincing sour. I personally adore the maltings of this beer as it has a pie crust note that blends well with the balanced blueberry. A really easy drinking and refreshing beer that is excellent in its style.
