16 oz can canned 3/27/26 into a large tulip glass.
L: Pours clear golden amber color with a 1/4" slightly off white head, light steady carbo, head recedes to edge froth, lightly scattered half glass lacing.
S: Caramelized malts, brown bread, grains, fairly simple.
T: Lightly sweet & sour apple, white grape, bread dough, pear, distant toffee, white raisin, dried apricot, a touch of honey, fairly malty and gently earthy, Tastes are slightly bright and it is lightly tart in the finish.
F: Gently brisk medium to med-heavy bodied mouthfeel with a medium length slightly dry finish that has a bit of a snap.
O: An easy drinking beer with a slightly bright taste overall. A little fruity and certainly malty. The feel remains brisk to the end. It is very good.

From a 16oz can. Canned on 03/27/2026
This beer is nice and clear looking. The color is a dark golden hue. There's a nice steady stream of carbonation bubbles rising in the glass. The head is very fluffy looking, white in color, and 2 finger in size. The head retention is great and there's some nice looking lacing on the glass.
The nose is as I would expect from this style - malty. I get a huge cereal grain note hitting my nose. There's notes of sweetness in the aroma.
The beer's flavor is a wave of malts. I get the cereal grain flavor right away. This flavor then turns to a nice buttery biscuit flavor topped with a touch of honey for sweetness. The finish balances it all out with a nice balance of bitterness from the hops used.
The grain used in this beer does coat my throat for a bit. Slightly sticky feeling. The feeling from the bitterness of the hops does linger in my throat for a decent amount of time. There's a crisp feeling to this beer and it feels clean.
This is a damn tasty beer and a good way to usher in Spring.
