Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma has banana, wheat and sourdough. Taste is estery with banana, cloves, wheat and slight a vanilla sweetness. Medium body with smooth carbonation. Really well done, tasty hefeweizen.

A murky, yellow beer with a big frothy head that stays on the entire beer.
Smell of lots of clove of the yeast, with grainy wheat notes.
Taste is grainy and has a distinct wheatbeer yeast taste, with lots of clove and a little banana. The wheat appears to be a little numbed down, the usual grainy and little musty notes are lighter than usual. Body is right and drinkability is OK.

Pours up a very billowy head with fine to medium sized bubbles. Color comes in somewhere between brown and copper and very hazy. The aroma is very mild and features mild malt sweetness followed by mild fruits and bubblegum. The yeast aroma is clean but also mild. The Bier comes across as lacking body and in the direction of watery. FIne I guess if you live in Oklahoma.... The bitterness is more upfront than the sweetness and I liked this alot. Ohterwise this beer, although very clean is just too mild. It comes across as one dimensional in the flavor categorie. Worth atry for you Hunters out there though...
