From the brewery - "Our brewers imperialzied the usually sessionable mild ale and gave it a hoppy twist. This beer is a real conundrum: it’s dark brown, but ruby-red in the light; it’s malt-forward, but presents strong hop character; it’s mild, but full of flavor. Extensive dry-hopping using English hops gives deeper fruity aromas and taste."
