Thanks to JustXBeer for sharing this one at mrbubbler's tasting.
Described as a Berliner Weisse with Brett.
Pours a murky light yellow with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with grain, earth, funk, and tomato sauce aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour grain, earth, hay, funk, and lemon flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable, but the tomato sauce aroma I am getting is weird.
Serving type: bottle.
