Impeccable. Absolutely delicious. Almost as good as a perfect puss, but not quite. Still, how much better could you ask for?

Tastes = impeccable. Slight cinnamon, and sweetbread.

Smell = what you would expect of an impeccable beer such as this.

Pour = beautiful, perfect lusciously impeccable head!

This in my top 3 favorite beers of all time.

I'll keep this short. I've traveled the country in search of the most delicious beers, regardless of brewing style, this one ranks top 3 on my list. Enough said.

I love a good Hefeweizen, but this one is not great. Then again I am spoiled by having had the good German ones, but still, I didn't get much of those banana-clove flavors you typically want in a Hefeweizen. It's not a terrible beer, but not a good Hefeweizen.

A: Hazy light golden to yellow color, very thin white head, little to no lacing

S: Banana, clove, spices

T: Sweet malts, banana, cloves, spices, bubble gum

M: Light to medium

O: This is my favorite Georgia brewed Hefeweizen, therefore one of my favorite beers. Hefeweizen is my favorite style and I am a sucker for my home state brews. There is a local hometown restaurant that keeps this on tap so I enjoy frequenting there for a steak and a brew.

Thanks to mothmanscott for the brew, 12 oz can poured into hefeweizen style glass (well's banana bread).
A: pours a huge medium bubble white foam head, carbonation, spotty lacing, body is light golden wheat color
S: yeasty, clove, fruity esters that say banana
M: medium body with semi dry finish on the tongue
T: bready malt, smooth clove and banana taste, slight pepper, hints of the hops with some bitterness and floral type taste
O: great brew and I'm a fan, easy sipper, taste is fantastic

Pours an opaque pale gold. Multiple pours produce variable but always lively results ranging from 2 fingers to being so aggressive as to be difficult to pour, white, shortlived head that leaves only a few motes of lacing. Aroma is yeasty banana & cloves blending with bready wheat. Taste is yeasty bubblegum from the combination of banana & clove notes, mixed with wheat, pie dough & pepper in the spicy finish. Maybe very faint hints of coriander & floral hops in the fruit, bread & spicy finish but hardly enough to mention. Especially up-front fruity declining from mid-sip into aftertaste. The aftertaste is a thin mirror image of the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with high carbonation, crisp & sandpaper prickly, starts dry becoming drier as you progress through the sip. An excellent American take on a favorite Old World style. Good Job, Omaha Brewing!

Poured from the tap into a 20 OZ mug. The appearance is a murky gold color with a medium sized white head. The aroma was yeast and cloves (no banana for me). The taste was wheat and I thought it was an excellent flavor.
