This one from my good friend and Phytogen Cotton Seed agronomist Russell Nuti. Much appreciated buddy.
Pours a bright coppery deep amber/pale brown, producing 2 fingers of frothy, pale tan, shortlived head that leaves little lacing. Aroma is roast, toasted bread, caramel, herbal, floral and fruity. Taste is bready roasted malt and burnt caramel with a sweet nuttiness. Very fruity with a nice earthy hop character and hints of burnt caramel. The finish is toffee/caramel and roasted nuts with faint hint of smoke. The sweetish aftertaste carries hints of burnt bread and caramel eventually gravitating to a persistent light bitterness. Very balanced. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation, silky with a light peppery prickle in the finish. It is so smooth and delicate that one might think it light bodied. This one pleases me, no it makes me happy! NICE JOB OMAHA.
