Jan. 2020: 330 ml bottle, as Birra Flea Bastola Imperial Red Ale, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.9%. Cloudy reddish brown colour, small and thin white head. Aroma of malts, hints of ripe berries. Modest carbonation. The flavour is sweet and malty, hints of berries and caramel. Not much to write home about here.

Dark reddish, quite hazy. Beige foam, not bad.
Malty smell, caramel, red fruit and plum. Amaretto. Biscuit.
Same for the taste, a lot of malt and caramel and biscuit, but, after all, ok.
Again amaretto and hints of red fruit, for a balance, given the style, decent.
Average body, malty aftertaste, fruit, hidden alcohol.
