This version was infused with chopped and pureed Fuyu persimmons and freshly ground Juniper berries. Not sure I tasted much of the permissions or Juniper berries, but this was a really good beer. I like the oak barrel which gives a slight wood taste, but leaves the beer to highlight the malts and hops. Will try again.
