Foggy burnt straw yellow with a lumpy off-white head of moderate height.
This felt like an appropriate progression with our palates having come fresh off of a Blue Moon sans orange. And sheesh, it's damn near a total replica, but in saison form.
Coriander pops with peppery accents, even countered by a bit of cardamom, while wheat constitutes much of the absurdly fluffy body. Orange peel delicately perfumes the nose, as well as the exhale.
The body on their beers is just so damn fulfilling it amps my overall up a hefty chunk every single time, while the finish is very softly semi-dry.

Just perfect. This Wit-bier leaves nothing to be desired. Foamy in the glass and the mouth, citrus forward, reminds me of drinking orange julius at the little stand by the house where I grew up, and then the spices and complexity follow. Delightful.
