Surprisingly hazy pale maize under a moderately short off-white head clinging in garter lacing, it almost looks like a glass full of NEIPA.
The nose suggests a little more pastry, almost like vanilla drizzled leftover peach cobbler and sherbet--delectable, but balanced.
The palate begins with a fairly bitter, herbal and grassy farmhouse introduction accented by a little minerality. This then meets a juicy but subtle fresh white peach middle before the semi-dry swallow. The peach blooms florally with time, as does the overall deliciousness.
