As the name implies, 100% of the ingredients in this Terroir Series are Sonoma County-sourced—down to the water. At its core, this beer most resembles a pale ale. Because our beers are all barrel-aged, their unique flavors and characteristics are entirely dependent on the beer, the barrel, and our own personal preference!

A chill haze clears up to reveal a glowing golden body under an off-white head.
What a unique expression. A touch of unseasoned, popped corn with a hint of something like rye, but without being spicy or toasty, is countered by a very unique hoppiness unlike any I've had anywhere--I can't put my finger on it, but it's almost like grape leaf. Imagine that here in this region!
Semi-dry and palate cleansing.
