Super interesting - nose is heavily citrusy with notes of orange zest and lemon peel. Pours a pale straw color with little head and light carbonation. The taste is lightly creamy with hints of citrus and grassy notes, almost like a palette cleanser. Honestly loved this, very different but super crisp and clean.

Lightly foggy burnt maize with a tall off-white foam head.
Up front, I definitely get corn qualities sometimes found in pilseners--stewed and whole kernel cornbread--countered by a mineral and grassy combination that adds an herbal, slightly sharp bitter contrast. With time, a hint of hay reveals a slight suggestion of funk or natural culture.
The medium body has a wonderful froth that comes to a bone dry finish.
