Beautifully clear copper red with a light tan finger and a half of head.
A beautiful showcase of malts without being heavy, the medium body is softly frothy, exhibiting nutty, leafy qualities with a touch of toastiness and hint of clove before coming to a slightly less dry, light caramel finish than the first version we had that hit wine barrels.
A full 1.1% lighter than that previous version we had on site, this perhaps makes it feel a little less heavy and more drinkable, too.
