Clear golden at first, fogging up to nearly amber at full pour, under a well-retaining off-white head.
This one seems a little more vinously bitter and floral, while still bretty with a touch of grahamy booze.
It does seem a tad different from my memory of the base, but the labeling is a little confusing. It was included in my membership as the mistral dry hopped, but doesn't note it on the bottle. Either way, it's still a solid saison.
