15% Oud Beersel Lambic, 85% American Lambic brewed by O'so brewing and fermented at Funk Factory Geuzeria. Blueberries from Bowerman Farms in Holland, Michigan. Approximately 5.23kg blueberries used per 20.15l of beer.

Burgundy red brown pour with a fizzy foamy head. Lots and lots of fruit on the nose! Waw! A bit boozy, vanilla, dark forest fruits, blueberry, lime and red wine aroma. Texture is low to medium carbonated but soft. Very soft velvety mouthfeel with medium tanginess. Very elegant balance and a quick toning down aftertaste experience. Very dry and peppery too! The array of flavours feel somewhat concentrated and two dimensional, which is very interesting!
