On tap at Funk Factory's taproom. Served in a smaller tumbler glass. Pours a murky darker copper body, slightly orange hue, one finger thick white head, good retention, thin collar, not much lacing. Smell is cranberry, light leather, lemon, a bit of cobweb and oak, vinegar. Flavour is moderately fruity, with cranberry and a touch of lemon; a bit of oak and mustiness. Light grainy sweetness is mostly overshadowed by a moderate acetic acidity. Tasty, not a trace of off-flavours to be found. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, appropriately carbonated, slightly dry, acetic and cranberry finish. Tasty wild ale, good cranberry presence and a bit more complex than a lot of the other cranberry wilds that come out of this region.
