On draft at Funk Factory. Served in a mini tumber glass. Pours a slightly cloudy straw yellow body, one finger white head, short retention, no lacing. Smell is dry lemon, acetic acid, a bit of light leather and grain. Flavour follows, grain, acetic acidity, a bit of leather, and a big bite of lemon. Not that much persimmon. Mouthfeel is medium lighter bodied, good carbonation, dry and lemony on the finish. Not a ton of persimmon to be found here, but still a fairly delicious wild.
