Unknown vintage; drank 6/26/21 @ the Seventh Tee.
A raspberry BOMB that is very fruit forward, but a bit too sour for me. Definitely American in style, but those with heartier constitutions than mine will LOVE this.

Bottle served in a Funk Factory tumbler glass. Medium purple reddish body, one finger white head with short retention and a fair bit of lacing. Smell is wonderful- big jammy raspberries, a bit of damp oak, bright lemon, touch of leather and bits of damp oak here and there. The raspberries are all different than each individual as represented by their individual fruited lambic-style blends bottled at other times. I think there is more of the jammy Framzwart and Frampaars character to it, with the Framgouden and Framrood a bit in the background, contributing more of a fruit dryness to the overall blend. It has a good funky and oaky backbone indeed, which is the nice thing about Funk Factory beers as of late. The acidity isn't as strong as it has gotten in the past 1-2 years, which is a good thing in my opinion.
