Great base beer. Floral nose and subtle sweetness with the honey adding another dimension. In my experience a lot of MT/Lambic beers have characteristics of apple by default, so I do get apple, but I thought I would get more considering it was a focal point of the beer. A great beer nonetheless and I'm glad I have one more bottle.
