Cervino is our line of beer/wine hybrids. The Red Sangria version takes things one step further by also refermenting the base, oak-aged sour beer on black currants and red raspberries, in addition to a large portion of Marquette grape juice.

Cellared one year. Murky faded ruby body with a pinkish white head. Big raspberry with vinous and oak backing in the nose. Taste adds black currant and cherry with a whisper of floral notes near the finish, vinous notes are milder than the nose. Powerfully sour, slightly acidic as it warms, medium bodied but kind of bland given everything that went into this. Feel like these beer wine hybrids lose some of the glorious wild details of the beer a bit
