Cervino is our series of oak-aged sour beers that incorporate various wine grape varietals. The White Sangria variant first saw a refermentation on Sauvignon Blanc grape juice before receiving a second refermentation on a hefty amount of yellow peaches from Door County. Finally, this beer was dry-hopped using Nelson Sauvin before being packaged.

Somewhat cloudy golden pour with a white cap. Smell is funky and oaky with tons of grape must, bright stone fruit supports. Taste is fascinating with the vinous elements meeting the immersive funk with sneaky depth: grape must and funk bond well with the vinous oak, big peach with bright lemon and pear contrast well bringing out notes of melon and overripe white grape. Feel is tart and lightly acidic, funk and oak shape the rest of the sip.
