Cellared bottle for about a year. Opaque dirty violet tinted maroon with a pinkish bubble crown. Smell and taste are clones though the taste has more berry depth: funky and tart oak host the mild yet jammy honey berries, with hints of raspberry and blackberry with slight hay tones. Feel is exactly as advertised: tart, jammy, funky, oaky, and finishes drier than it started, doesn't have the residual sweetness so many american lambic style ales have.
