A small batch variant on our Cervino: Red Sangria. This version saw an additional fruiting with bush cherries from Door County, WI.

Cellared this for 9 months, would have done longer knowing what I know now given the high acidity and tartness. Otherwise the feel has vinous and oak textures while being more wet than expected. Taste has huge big cherry, with strong supporting black currant and raspberry with sweeter red wine. Nose is sweet red wine poached cherry the whole way. Pretty red pour with a pink head. Love the idea but the acidity is really tough, flavoring is bold
