Cellared for a year. Murky orangey golden body with a white sudsy head, mild lacing. Great grapefruit and orange up front with sour oak, pear, and a hint of green apple, dry funk, lemon zest, hay, and grass finishes. Smells medicinal in comparison, but still wild, hops just more present here. Feel is bright, mildly funky, and of course sour and decently acidic, but this is a Biere de Coupage after all! #SplitUpSaison The enhanced hops worked for me, drawing out the sour fruit, but enjoyed the regular a tick more.
