Fittingly cherry red body with a bubble ring. Huge tart cherry in both smell and taste, hey door county! Nose doesn't have much else besides flowers and mild barnyard funk. Taste has more funk and a touch of yeast and other vague red fruit. Very tart feeling, acidity is a little high over time, potent and full in a lighter body. If you like tart cherries dig into this one!
