Blended in collaboration with Forager Brewery, this beer is a blend of several barrels of two-year old spontaneously fermented beer. The finished blend was conditioned in the bottle with Wisconsin wildflower honey.

Murky orange body with a cream colored ring. Nose is funky with leather giving way to citrus in a muddled together sense. Taste bring more clarity: big lemon with decent sourness, grapefruit and lime, then big barnyard and lesser horseblanket funk with lambic traditionalle wild yeast. Feel is sour and funky, wetter though, lighter, decently oaky as it warms. Good lambic with a new world citrus flair, nice pop in the winter or summer honestly
