Nice dense head, the body is of a very pale yellow color, almost grey.
Hazy, active, but almost transparent.
The smell is wheaty and enjoyably fruity, maybe some toffee, and some medicinal notes. Fresh, citric, with a delicate sweetness and maybe some liquorice.
The taste is very nice, sweet, pine and honey, cloves, in a very herbal, almost medicinal way. Nicely fruit and citric.
The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth, maybe very slightly watery, but acceptable for the style.
A thick liquorice aftertaste with cloves create an harmonious finish.
