Served in a snifter at the brewery.
A- Beautiful, glowing golden body with excellent transparency. Wonderful sticky lacing along the sides of the glass and atop the body. 4.25
S- Sweet malt, mineral character, floral hops. The aroma is clean and unoffensive... Just like I'd want it to be. 4
T- Slightly sweet and caramel-like before transitioning into a floral finish. Again, clean is the word here. There's a cracker-like residual flavor that I enjoy. 4
M- Light, easy-sipping, but still thick enough on the tongue for me. The sweetness is light as is the bitterness and there's a light carbonation feel. Very nice. 4
