Served in a weizen glass at the brewery.
Arrives with a foamy, frothy pale white head. Lace settles over the body. The body looks like a banana smoothie, cloudy yellowish with a mineral tinge. It looks a bit chewy. 3
The aroma is definitely potent with salt, but also banana and lemon and some acidity. Tartness is present. 4.25
Plenty of sat makes its way to the palate and I give them a thumbs up for that. Follows with tart flavors and hints of berry-like fruit, a tad of yogurt, hints of sweet wheat, crisp apple, and light funkiness. 4.25
Though the appearance suggest otherwise, this drinks light and refreshing. Tartness prevails with a dry, salty element and mineral feel throughout. 4.25
Easy drinking, flavorful and tart and salty enough for the uber beer geeks that only speak the language of sours and barrel-aged beers, this brew does the trick.
