Pours a golden yellow with a dirty white head. Aroma is noble hops, cracker, and some toasted graininess. Flavor follows suit. Definitely a hoppy version of a pilsner as its name suggests. A crisp, active mouthfeel with a wonderfully dry finish. Overall, this one threw me for a complete loop, it's so much better than anything I expected from Ponderosa. They found a way to make this beer hopped up without in any way losing focus of it being a pilsner. Well done, Ponderosa.
