A classic Irish red ale with a twist. What’s that twist you ask… there is no alcohol in this Irish beer. Ha, just kidding. We lightly dry hop with American hops for a combo of citrus aroma and rich caramel palette.

On-tap at Red Door Brewing, Albuquerque, NM
A: The beer is crystal clear dark red in color and appears very dark reddish black when viewed from afar. No carbonation is visible. It poured with a patch of off white bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of dark malt extracts and tea are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the tea flavors are less pronounced and there are underlying hints of caramel malts. Little if any bitterness is noticeable.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This Irish Red Ale doesn't have as much tea-like flavors in the taste compared to other beers in the style.

On tap at brewery. Pretty solid Irish ale. Nice deep ruby, brown color, soft head. Rich peaty malt smell. Taste again brings out the "dirty" malts, small hops bite on the back end. Smooth all around.
