12oz can poured into Duvel tulip. Picked up at the grocery store as part of a $10 sixer mixer. CANNED ON 09/20/21 printed on bottom rim. So this is only a few weeks old. 22 IBUs it says.
Appearance - Light tan one-finger head, slightly loose. Weak patchy lacing with slight stick. Deep red body opaque from up front but seemingly clearish though dark on backlight. Unique for sure. 4.75
Smell - Musky, corny, cardboard. Winey or Soy sauce? Maybe bad? Not very compelling. 2.75
Taste - Bitter. Hoppy. Cardboard. Musky. 2
Mouthfeel - Astringent.
Overall - Bad. Is this infected or is it actually supposed to be like this. I don't think I'll even finish this. 1.5
