I critique of beer "Biere Brune au miel de fleurs" that is not yet posted on the website. I made the trip in the French region d'alsacia this is the beer that I liked more. Balanced, compact, round, with water without makeup. A beer to enjoy with just the right alcohol without excesses, although I also like beers with a point of imbalance. I've only found one drawback. He says he has honey and it is something too subtle .A I would like to emphasize month.

Picked this up at La Capsule Cave à Bière in Nancy, France. Dark brown, nearly black pour with a creamy two finger beige head with great retention and lacing. The nose is nicely balanced with hints of resin, pine, cocoa, dark chocolate, citrusy hops, and coffee. The taste follows suit with hints of cocoa, pine, resin, caramel, roasty coffee, subtle grapefruit, dark chocolate, licorice, and just a touch of the Nelson Sauvin hops. The mouthfeel is moderately thick and chewy with medium carbonation and very well balanced. Overall, a solid Black IPA, although it's entered here as just an American IPA. I was hoping for the Nelson Sauvin hops to be more prevalent, but still very tasty and one I will revisit.
