Bottle.

A - Hazy amber pour with strong carbonation. Super loose off white head left spotty lace and a finger of retention.

S - Oxidized. Mild hops, sugar. Altogether mild.

T - Wet cardboard, oxidized, old hops, bread.

M - Strong carbonation, painful almost. Mild sourness and mild bitterness. Medium body.

O/D - Let the tirade against bottled Portugese craft beer begin! Like most other bottles, this didn't pass the test. Bad, sour, oxidized, etc, etc.

Poured to a teku glass.

A: The body is coppery with some expressive thickness, more than expected and with a 1 finger thick half beige, half white head that presents some retention but not much consistency.
S: The aroma is hoppy, citrusy, with a big resinous profile. Here you can feel freshness.
T: The taste differs a bit from the aroma profile. Now it has a more delicate resinous profile where the hoppy flavor jumps everywhere and almost runs over everything. Here is when the taste of malt shows its presence as well. Nice complexity though.
M: The mouthfeel of this beer is expected, not only from the style but also from this brewery who knows how to treat beer so that it treats well your tongue and mouth. In mouth, it's fluffy and after the sip there's a mellow bitterness that shows, that after all, this beer is not that fresh, which is not what the aroma prompted me for. That way I have to ramp up the rating for the aroma that led me to an impression of freshness. This beer sitted too long in the shelve but still it's great to drink!
O: It's another Passarola beer. I'm just a bit sad that this isn't as fresh as wanted but yet you can still know that this is a great beer. One day I'll have it right after being bottled and then we'll see again what a Blind Date can do for me.
