Drank at Académico, Coimbra and unfortunately poured to a Chimay goblet.

A: The body is thick orange having a beige to kinda gray head that is sticking to its job: lots of retention here. Appearance-wise, this is looking very well.
S: The aroma presented itself just after starting to pour the beer to the glass. There are citrusy and herbs tones along with the usual hoppy and piny IPA profiles.
T: (Read again the 'smell') It's basically filled with orange tones, piny touch, tons of hoppiness and malty. Yet, everything's not in excess. The amount of each characteristic is leveled with the others, making this taste very round and interesting.
M: The body is medium to high having the right carbonation. Density is good and the bitterness could be more stronger but it's either the shelf time making its thing or something made on purpose.
O: I've said it lots of times - Passarola is making world-class beer and Chindogu is just another point to prove it.
