Drank at Café Académico, Coimbra.
A: The body is coppery red and very opaque. The head is beige but leaves no lacing on the glass.
S: The aroma is very piny and not that much fruity. Which for me is a downside on IPAs since I love fruitful beers. Yet, the aroma is very pleasant nonetheless.
T: Very straightforward for pine (almost only pine) but the flavour that's left in mouth is actually good for its simplicity.
M: This beer has high density with good carbonation. It's strong in bitterness but doesn't leave a tremendous kick. It's actually a soft bitter IPA.
O: One thing I've noticed for years now is that Passarola won't even let you down. All bets turn out to be good bets. Blind Date 2.0 it's just a good beer.
