Black, abundant brown head, creamy.
Light smell, a grassy hopping, then light cocoa and coffee. On the style.
A good bitterness in the taste, piney, with an intriguing balsamic hint.
Decent beer, well done, good drinkability.

Poured to a tulip glass.
A: The body is opaque black. The head is very minimal having a beige to brown coloration. Lots of lacing.
S: The aroma appears to have a touch of lactose on top of the roasted malts. Can find anything else. It's minimal but it's good.
T: The taste is purely roasted malts. I can't taste anything else.
M: Density is low. Carbonation level is about right. There's a bittersweet touch to the end of the mouthfeel.
O: Passarola never disappoints.
