Poured to a nonic glass.
A: The body is pitch black with a minimal brown head.
S: The aroma is very chocolaty and soft, having minimal alcohol prominence.
T: This is a three stage tasting beer, there's sweetness due to lactose use high regular malt & oat malt concentration. Then there's a bit sourness I can't explain where it comes from but it's very very soft. And in the end, there's a hoppy bitterness and a roasty malt bitterness.
M: The body is medium high. Carbonation is perfect. Alcohol is present but it's not that very big for the 11.9 ABV. Bitterness is medium low. Sourness is very soft.
O: Surely one of the best Passarola beers ever, there's some complexity that's a bit challenging and very good to try. Very well done.
