3/24/15 (Draft - Iron Horse Ale House Chicago) - Nice full copper pour with light head and carbonation. Lemon and citrus scents. Very hoppy crisp feel and taste. Nice full texture and solid kick higher than the ABV. Overall very good offering by this local brewer.

Draft at Iron Horse Ale House, served in a goblet glass.
Pours a bright sunset orange that bleeds into gold. Dense cap of creamy white foam, copious lacing hangs in sheets from the rim of the glass down. Bright clarity and saturated color.
First aroma is initially clover honey, as it warms there's pale malt and yeast esters. Fairly dry and simple.
Taste is pleasant, crisp feeling with some crackery malt and hop grassiness. Yeast seems to take a backseat, unusual for a Belgian Pale, this drinks more like a grassy saison. Very crisp and dry finish, fully attenuated with a lingering earthy hop bitterness. Light and clean. Overall pretty nice, seems well suited for hot weather.

Just when I thought it was a bit too fruity, the dryness kicked in, followed by a pleasant hop finish. Really nice.
