Draft served in a brewery snifter at Parachute.
Pale hazy orange body topped with a rocky head of fluffy meringue foam.
Lasting retention and lacing all around the glass.
Aroma is faintly yeasty, mellow, nothing very expressive about it. Clean, I guess.
Taste is more interesting, lightly tart fruit with a slight orange peel bitterness. Light bodied and fairly refreshing, some trace Belgian yeast in the background. Makes a good pairing with food, but isn't all that memorable.
