750 ml bottle into a snifter. Had 7/19/18.
Pours a mostly opaque dark brown, a little oily looking, with no real head and some spotty lacing. Aromas of cinnamon- lots, chocolate, malt, cocoa, some vanilla. Smells great. The taste is cinnamon, malt, bitter chocolate, cocoa, light vanilla. Has a lingering bitterness on finish. The flavor is much less intense than the nose. Mostly smooth, a good full body, well carbonated.
It’s pretty straightforward. It has that great aroma, but the flavor, look and feel don’t deliver the same results.

Poured a little translucent brownish black with no head. Very aromatic, with cinnamon and vanilla starring. Mouthfeel was very watery and boozy. Taste was bland, with cinnamon, vanilla, some ashy malt, and water. Really missed the mark here from a brewery I usually find to be underrated.

Perfect amount of Cinnamon and Cocoa. A big imperial stout with a beautiful body, and a amazing cinnamon finish. World Class!
