Pours a cloudy amber color. 1/2 inch head of a white color. Good retention and poor lacing. Smells of fruit, yeast, slight pale malt, hint of alcohol, slight salt, and a hint of bacterial funk. Fits the style of an American Wild Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with a high carbonation level. Tastes of fruit, yeast, slight pale malt, hint of alcohol, slight salt, and a hint of bacterial funk. Overall, tasty, but no distinct plum, but with a good complexity and blend.

How do I describe a beer like this? It starts with an ultra-hazy pinkish orange body with an ultra-fizzy white head. The nose hits with wet yeast and its accompanying funk, underlying tartness, grape skin, and finishes with- how did I miss this- friggin' PLUM, man!!! Flavor-speaking, it's sour, plus purple fruit aka plum, and finishes with a strong yeasty cracker note. Feels light and quaffable with timid carbonation- aka quaffable, were it not for the omnipresent funk.
Curious only brushes the epithelial here. A sour farmhouse with plums? C'mon. What do that mean? It mean a mostly tasty, definitely tart, probably unsettling, surely funky, optimistically genre-expanding, mind-bending brew brew brew brew. It works for sure, but this will put off sourheads, farmhouseheads, plumheads, and frat bro's alike.
