Inspired by the Zagnut candy bar, this sweet imperial stout was brewed in collaboration with Beerhead Bars. After fermentation we conditioned it in hundreds of pounds of coconut, with healthy additions of cocoa and peanut.

I am drinking the Millennial Munchies today. I served it at 48 degrees. Using a tulip glass, the poured created an airy half-fingered medium tan head with poor retention. Examining the color. It is dark brown, nearly black, charting around SRM 38. The appearance is average, and the beer's head was disappointing.
Nosing the glass, I smell chocolate, peanut butter, and coconut. The chocolate reminds me of that plain Hershey chocolate bar. Nosing the glass again, I smell caramel, bready, toasty malts, roasted malts, a hint of char, and light molasses. The aromas, to me, are meh. The most assertive aromas are coconut, peanut butter, and chocolate.
The chocolate flavor is an upgrade from a Hershey's chocolate bar. The coconut is like that flaked stuff you get at the store and an excellent peanut butter. Other flavors are roasted malts, toasted cereal grains, char, molasses, and caramel. The beer is bready, herbal, and boozy.
The mouthfeel has alcohol warming, chewy, and astringent. The beer's body is heavy and has medium carbonation.
It was gifted to me by someone I do not remember who. I have passed over this beer several times. The label on this beer could be better, which is one of the reasons I delayed opening it up. I was surprised the beer was tasty. I wondered if the carbonation was dull because the head was dismal. However, the carbonation was not, the high ABV probably had something to with it. The beer has three years on it, and I am glad I did not delay any longer. A longer age would have made the beer sweeter and stickier than it needed to be. I am not wowed by this beer; it is more sugary than I would prefer in a stout.

Tar-black body topped with a thin yet lasting dark tan head. Deep, robust smells of roasted grains and peanuts; deep, rich chocolate undercurrent. Huge flavors mimicking the aroma with the addition of milk chocolate and a restrained booziness. Heavy body; thick and oily; sweetly coats the palate; big residual sugar heft with a deeply sweet mouthfeel partially offset by some alcohol warmth.
This is a monster of a beer. The bottle label states it's brewed with cocoa, coconut, and peanut butter. They ain't lyin'! Rich and decadent with a respectable boozy punch.

L: Dark brown color.
S: A very roasted peanut butter flavor.
T: A lighter stout with a more richer peanut butte flavor.
F: A lighter, fuller peanut butter flavor.
O: Probably one of the better peanut butter stouts since it's balanced with a enjoyable peanut butter finish.
