Illuminated Brew Works [in collaboration with Collective Arts] Yes! H&nd Ale has an amber colored body (a light body for a stout) with a small 1/2-finger off-white head. The head dissipated to a thin ring of foam in my pint glass. The nose and taste have a lot going on – maybe too much. The nose picks-up light fruit (i.e., peaches), cinnamon and light vanilla. The complex flavor is close to the nose where cinnamon seems to dominate the other flavors that the nose picked-up. Maybe the cinnamon is part of the flavor associated with the pecan pie mentioned on the can?? The Ale is high-medium to full bodied.
Overall, Yes! H&AND is a complex brew that I am still trying to figure out.
