16 oz can into a Nonic pint glass.
L: Pours dark brown with a 2" pock-marked light khaki head, light carbo bubbles, amazing head retention, goes down to a dome shape then to a frothy drift, thick holey lacing with band lines and sheeting.
S: Dark fruits, lightly floral, light chocolate notes, red grapes, allspice, perfume hop notes.
T: Gently sweet roasted caramelized malts, light tannins, spicy hops, berries, dark fruits, background citrus, moderately malty with evaporative bitterness. Some cocoa notes in the finish.
F: Smooth, fluffed-up, lightly creamy, wet and fast moving medium-bodied mouthfeel with a medium-fast slightly dry finish.
O: An elegant tasting and feeling beer that creates a short, flavorful and balanced journey. Fruity and aromatic, it's lighter overall than it appears and is notably easy to drink. Would be very good paired with grilled seafood. It is excellent in its style.
